Production Process of Customized 80ml Snap Top Sprayer Bottle

Customer Requirements

Complete Production Workflow

1. Draw Technical Drawings

   

   According to the client’s requirements, we create detailed dimension drawings for the 80ml snap top sprayer bottle. The bottle weighs 11 grams, with all key dimensional parameters clearly marked on the blueprint for production reference.
2. Produce 3D Prototypes

   After the drawing of the plastic sprayer bottle is fully confirmed by the customer, 3D hand prototypes are printed to verify the shape and structural compatibility of the snap top sprayer.

3. Select & Match Snap Top Sprayers

   We source matched snap top sprayer nozzles and conduct repeated fitting tests to ensure the nozzle locks tightly onto the neck of the 80ml snap top sprayer bottle, meeting the sealing standard of a qualified medicine sprayer bottle.

4. Open Molds for Mass Production

   Once the matching test between the bottle body and snap top sprayer passes inspection, we arrange formal mold development for the 80ml snap top sprayer bottle.

5. Mold Commissioning & Leakage Test

   Molds go through repeated debugging to optimize assembly tightness between the bottle and snap top sprayer. If liquid leakage occurs, we adjust the mold tolerance to improve fitting precision of this plastic sprayer bottle.

   A strict air pressure leakage test at 0.06MPa is required; only the medicine sprayer bottle with zero leakage under this pressure can move to the next process.

6. Formal Sample Production

   

   Qualified molds are used to produce formal samples of the 80ml snap top sprayer bottle, and we recheck the fitting and sealing performance of the paired snap top sprayer.

7. Bulk Sample Delivery for Client Filling Test

   

   After sample inspection passes, pre-production bulk samples of the plastic sprayer bottle are sent to the customer for real filling compatibility testing, to confirm the practical performance of the medicine sprayer bottle.

8. Mass Production & Shipment

   

   If the customer is fully satisfied with all test results of the 80ml snap top sprayer bottle and its matched snap top sprayer, large-scale mass production will be launched, and finished products will be packed and arranged for shipment.
