Below is our project delivery for a 150ml black matte PETG sprayer bottle for a Malaysia‑based client.

 

1. Sample Selection & Drawing Confirmation

The client wanted a 150ml black matte PETG sprayer bottle. We sent samples matching their requirement for evaluation (Fig. 1).

Satisfied with the samples, the client placed a Purchase Order (PO) and sent the drawings (Fig. 2). We made a printing proof; after approval, we produced the pre‑production sample.

 2. Pre‑production Sample & Detail Communication

We shipped the pre‑production sample to the client (Fig. 3). The bottle is a black matte sprayer bottle: the black matte sprayer pump with a matte outer cap matches the matte bottle body for a coordinated, premium look. It features a matte sandblasted surface, silk‑screen printing in three colors, hot stamping silver twice and decorative rings on the top and bottom. We discussed every detail with the client (Fig. 4 & 5).

Based on the desired effect and our experience, we also shared professional suggestions. The client finalized the solution by combining the sample, their requirements and our feedback, confirmed via a video meeting (Fig. 6).

3. Final Approval & Mass Production

After all details were approved (Fig. 7), we launched bulk production.

Finished custom sprayer bottles feature crisp silk‑screen printing, sharp silver hot‑stamping and a matte sandblasted finish. Paired with the matte bottle body, the black matte sprayer pump and outer cap deliver a cohesive, high‑end appearance (Fig. 8 & 9).
